Delete your account
Your data, your choice — you can delete it at any time.
In the app
Open the MomMe app, go to Profile and choose Delete account. After one confirmation your account is deleted straight away.
Cannot sign in any more?
Email us from the address on your account at info@meetmomme.nl asking us to delete it. We handle this within a few working days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted?
Deletion permanently erases everything: your profile and profile photos, your matches, every conversation and message, and your sign-in details. It is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery window, no retention period, and we keep no copy.
An active premium subscription has to be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play. It runs through Apple or Google and does not stop automatically when you delete your account.
