You can report illegal content through the app (on a profile or chat: “Report abuse”) or by email. We acknowledge every report, act on it without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and why. If you disagree with a decision, you can appeal it at the same address.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not affect your right to go to court.
